The product Motion & Presence Infrared Detection Sensor, it is very suitable for an automatic door near a busy area that is easily disturbed by pedestrians, to provide activate function and safety presence function for automatic door in accordance with infrared technology.
Nomal mode and street mode to adapt to different occasion. Detection area width adjustment is flexible, and other function setting all controlled by DIP switch, such as working mode, unidirectional or bidirectional induction, depth adjustment, sensitivity etc, easy to operate.
1, Why is it more suitable for front street automatic door?
This product is a motion and presence safety integrated sensor, not only detect the pedestrians and send the signal for door opening, also detect and protect the pedestrians' safety from being anti-pinch by closing back door. Generally, front street door with a trouble that a great deal of passerby cased interference and make the sensor occur mistake detection.
Our 507X PIR SENSOR to address this situation and launched a new function -- street mode. In this mode, the previous detection area is narrowed down to near the door, when enter the room, raise your palm close to the door, sensor detected and send signal to door operator, door will opening. Other people passing in parallel will not trigger the automatic door response to open.
2, What 's the principle of the sensor? The basic principle is infrared technology. The 507X MOTION SAFETY SENSOR integrates the functions of motion and safety presence to ensure the daily operating of sliding door, folding door etc. The activation and the presence detection function is also performed by infrared induction, when people enter the motion detection range, infrared detect and send door opening signal, door is opening. Sensor with 2 way safety, 6 transmitting, 24 light spot for safety detection, and extra threshold area detection, to provide effect and accurate safety function.
This sensor is a total of 5 row light beam.
In the normal mode, 5 row light beam all are effective. 2 row for safety with 6 transmitting and 24 light spot; 1 way for motion and safety with 3 transmitting and 12 light spot; 2 way for motion with 6 transmitting and 24 light spot.
In the street mode, 3 row light beam are effective. 2 way for safety with 6 transmitting and 24 light spot; 1 way for pre-motion with 3 transmitting and 12 light spot. When passing the pre-motion and then in the safety area, the safety light spot are valid. Otherwise, no induction.
Provide extra detection range of threshold area, to detect the presence of a person or object and prevents the door from closing if someone is in the threshold area.
1, When connecting the wire, please don't tear the protection cover, as this may cause a electric leakage hazard or sensor failure.
2,Check whether the sensor is properly connected to the door controller. power the sensor and adjust its detection range.
3,Please don't enter the detection area after power on and during the green LED light flashes.
