iSmartGate Wireless Tilt Sensor — reliable door status detection

To safely control a garage door remotely, a reliable status sensor is essential — without that certainty, you can never be sure the door is actually closed. The iSmartGate Wireless Tilt Sensor detects the door's tilt movement and passes that status directly to the iSmartGate app.

The sensor is waterproof and fully wireless, simplifying installation: no extra wiring to the controller is needed. Besides door status, the sensor also measures garage temperature and its own battery condition, so maintenance needs are clear in time.

The sensor communicates wirelessly at 2401 MHz with a range of up to 15 metres (50ft) to the iSmartGate controller, and runs on 2 included Type-N batteries (1.5V) with a lifespan of around 18 months. The sensor is rated for temperatures from -20°C to +70°C, and mounts easily with double-sided tape on the top panel of the door.

The tilt sensor is specifically suited to sectional and tilt doors and works with the iSmartGate MINI, LITE and PRO kits. For roller gates and outdoor fences, the wireless or wired contact sensor is the better choice.

Applications include any situation where a sectional or tilt door is controlled and monitored remotely, and where a reliable, low-maintenance sensor is wanted without extra wiring work.
